Baby's UnBirthday

A very merry unbirthday to you, little baby Schu!

After 12 hours in the hospital, a bag of pitocin, contraction, laboring, and monitoring.... our baby decided today was NOT her birthday after all! We were sent home still pregnant.

Guess today is her UnBirthday! Lets have cake!

Hey, if they're not ready, they're not ready... and they'll let you know. I still regret forcing Little Miss out (via c-section -- doctor wouldn't let me try a VBAC) even though it was her due date. I still feel like she needed another week or two. Hang in there ... baby will let you know when it's time :)

Don't you love it that they all have their own minds!!! she just wanted to stay a little warmer for a little while longer. At least she is going in the right direction!! silly her learned that you can't come out the side. there is no hole there!! :-)

I have never heard of anyone being sent home after Pitocin. This one sure knows her own mind--I hope it's soon!

Ugh, major suckage!!! I've been pretty laid back about this whole thing myself but I had a contraction yesterday and I looked down and saw this huge KNEE protruding from my abdomen and I suddenly panicked: OMG how am I going to get this huge thing out???

BUM-MER!!!!! I would have been all upset.. All those contractions, and pain, and then you came home STILL pregnant.. Apparently she's waiting to make her entrance.. Sounds like she's definately going to fit in.. Very princess lke.. Keeping everyone waiting.. Doesn't she know, the masses are awaiting??? (I still ate my cake.. lol)

She was probably mad at you over the frozen vegetable thing. She needs to realized the two important people are coming to visit her and she needs to be here. See ya in a couple weeks

That same exact thing happened to me too with my daughter!!!
Except they kept me on pitocin for 3 days (no nights) and NADA. We went home, and then went back 10 days later for another go. That time she cooperated.

You're the only other person I've ever heard of (besides me) for getting pitocin and no baby.

Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you!!
